Immersion probe with hygienic design

This Hellma immersion probe was especially developed to comply with all hygiene directives. This makes it the ideal tool for analysing
liquid processes in the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industry.

• Best possible transmission by the use of high-purity sapphire
• Compatible with the most established spectrometers
• Use of FDA approved FFKM (perfluoroelastomer) O-rings
• Ready to use in SIP and CIP processes
• Easy to clean due to totally aseptic design
• Electropolished surface for best possible prevention of sample adhesion
• High performance optics and minimal stray light

During measurement the collimated light beam passes through the sample to be measured only once, as during a cuvette measurement. The use of a deflecting prism with two totally reflective surfaces leads to very low stray light values.
