According to this understanding and the existing quality management to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 , Hellma Analytics established in the year 2006 an environmental management system.
The quality norms of DIN EN ISO 14001 are certified from the TÜV Süd Management Service GmbH for Development production and distribution of components and assemblies for optical measurement and analytical technology.
With the environmental management system Hellma Analytics accomplishes the high and international approved requirements of this norm.

RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) – Conformity certificate
In July 2006, the RoHS on the restriction
of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment have been implemented into German legislation
as „ElektroG“ (Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act – Act concerning the placing on the market, collection and environmentally compatible waste management of electrical and electronic equipment).
Prohibited are:
- lead
- mercury
- cadmium
- polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs)
- polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)
- chromium (VI) compounds
